ACT Education Solutions, Limited (AES), a wholly owned subsidiary of ACT Inc, is looking for an Administration Assistant. This person will, among other duties, help run an office that promotes and markets English-language programs to Indonesian high schools. Our major program is the Global Assessment Certificate® (GAC), a leading university preparation program for students who do not speak English as their first language.

AES, which is based in Sydney, is establishing a small office in central Jakarta, run by a Regional Academic Manager from Australia. We hope to expand our business greatly and want a dynamic person to part of our exciting future.

Required Qualifications:

·         A bachelor or diploma in IT or office administration, or equivalent

·         Excellent computer and IT skills, especially with databases and websites

 

Experience:

·         At least 2 years' experience in data processing and office administration from a similar teaching/educational organisation

 

Personal Attributes:

·         Ability to speak fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia

·         High-quality communication and organisational skills

·         Ability to work effectively in a small team

 

Duties include:

·         Record keeping

·         Data processing

·         Maintenance of the office

·         Helping the Regional Academic Manager

 

Pay & Conditions:

Salary will be competitive and negotiated at the interview stage.
