UniSadhuGuna (USG) is an education institution that offers services in
English language training and preparation for students wishing to
study abroad, in particular Australian Universities. We provide
excellent quality education services to investors, corporations,
governments, teachers and students all over Indonesia. Due to our fast
growing business in 2007. We urgently need qualified Personnel Manager
with the following requirements:

Pre. requisite Requirements:

Proficient in English (Oral & Writing), Excellent in operating PC in
particular microsoft Office (database)

Candidate must have :

* University graduate with at least 2 years experience in HR
operations including training, recruitment process and conducting
performance appraisal.
* Familiar with local HR regulation, expatriate documentation
procedures and have experience in handling company documents /
lisences
* Demonstrate ability to take initiative / respond to challenges
and set priorities.
* Ability to supervise & lead a team and work with minimum supervision.
* Attention to detail, persistent and integrity in pursuing tasks
and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Familiarity in database and payroll system will be an advantage
