In view of expansion, we are now seeking suitably qualified individual
to fill the following position to be based in JAKARTA :


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Post Date: 12 Jun 09

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in the
successful implementation of the annual sales plans to increase
sustainable market share, drive revenue, proactively manage client
relationship at regional hotel chain and local hotel level and to
build on the brand positioning of DOCOMO interTouch to attain a high
level of market receptiveness.

In addition, the incumbent will lead a team of Account Management
staff in managing effective client relationship to ensure customer
satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*
Accountable for driving sales leads through research, qualify
and validate potential hotel and channel partners.
*
Validate the hotel's business and technology requirements,
leading to a viable business proposal in support of the ROI.
*
Present compelling quality centric win-win value proposition to
potential hotel partners and renewals.
*
Negotiate favourable contract terms and optimize derived revenue.
*
Provide new/renewal contract brief to installation and hotel
training support teams.
*
Keep on top of industry news, progress and related technologies.
Share with team members and management. Optimize on marketing
communication opportunities.
*
To identify, secure and deliver on optimizing brand building
opportunities.
*
Reliable forecasting and regular business reporting to regional
leadership team

Pre-requisites:

*
Excellent written and verbal communication, both in English and Indonesia
*
Minimum 5 years' experience in similar capacity with proven
track record in sales, account servicing preferably with experience in
managing a small team. The ideal incumbent would likely have prior
experience working in the Hospitality or Information Technology
industry
*
Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing,
Hotel Management or equivalent
*
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
*
Highly outgoing and energetic, resourceful and motivated team
player with analytical mind who has ability to work proactively both
independently and in a team
*
Willing to travel
